ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:
Mr. Sayre joined NCC staff in fall 2020, bringing over two decades of expertise in advanced manufacturing and production across diverse industries. His extensive career encompasses a range of roles from his early years as an Apprentice Mechanic to Controls Engineer, culminating in his position as Plant Maintenance Superintendent. Beginning his journey with a foundation in Industrial Maintenance at MCCKS, Mr. Sayre continued to expand his knowledge and skills in cutting-edge sectors of advanced manufacturing. His expertise includes robotics, where he programs and maintains automated systems that enhance precision and efficiency; Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), enabling sophisticated automation and process control; and various facets of controls engineering, integrating advanced sensors, data analytics, and real-time monitoring to optimize complex manufacturing systems. His work reflects the technological sophistication of modern manufacturing, driving innovation and operational excellence.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR

Mr. Sayre Joined the NCC staff in the fall of 2020. He has more than two decades of manufacturing/production experience in a wide range of fields. He’s performed nearly every job from Apprentice Mechanic to Controls Engineer and eventually worked his way up to the plant Industrial Maintenance Manager. He studied Industrial Maintenance at MCC Business and Technology Center early in his career.
